What is the difference between courses and workshops?
Courses are at least 1 day (8 hours) long while workshops are 3-6 hours long. Currently, all our workshops have CCE hours for NROC coaches.
Will I receive any certificate after attending the course/workshop?
Yes, at the end of the course/workshop, you will receive a certificate of achievement/ participation.
Are there any exams/assessments for the courses/workshops?
Generally, our courses have assessments while workshops do not.
Courses are at least 1 day (8 hours) long while workshops are at least 3-6 hours long.
How are the exams/assessments being conducted?
We have various types of assessments (depending on the requirements of the course), and these including written, practical, and oral.
Will I get a job placement after attending the course/workshop?
You will be considered for a position in Force 21 Equipment Pte Ltd.
Registration & Deferments
How can I register for any courses/workshops?
Sign up through our website (https://www.fitsa.com.sg/services/academy/) and indicate the course/workshop that you are interested in. You should receive payment instructions via email within 3 working days. Force 21 Academy must receive the payment at least 3 days before the commencement of the course/workshop to confirm your seat.
How do I know if I am registered successfully?
Upon receiving payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Otherwise, you are not registered.
When will I know the venue of the course/workshop?
We will send an email with admin details (i.e. venue, timing, what to bring) 1 week before the commencement of the course/workshop.
I cannot make it for course/workshop. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 2 deferments of the same course/workshop within a period of 6 months from the commencement of the original course/workshop is allowed. Thereafter, there will be no more deferments.
If the same course/workshop is not open within the next 6 months. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the same course/workshop is not open within the next 6 months, you can attend other courses/workshops that are of equivalent value or top up the balance amount if the course fee is higher.

Payment instructions will be sent to you via email within 3 working days of registration.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Interbank Transfer, Cheque and PayNow. Details will be listed on payment instructions.
